Most orders are made and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please allow a little extra time during busy seasons like Valentine's Day and Christmas or for personalized items.
2. How long does shipping take?
USA: 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
3. Which carrier do you use?
We ship with UPS, depending on your location.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin preparing orders quickly, so please email info@bestgiftpeople.com or message us here within 3 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel. Once production has started or your order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
5. I made a mistake with my order details — what should I do?
Email us right away with your order number and the correct information. We'll do our best to update it before it's processed.
6. What is your 30-Day Quality Promise?
We stand by the quality of every gift we send. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at info@bestgiftpeople.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so our team can review it. Once assessed, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or solution. Please note that we’re unable to replace personalized or custom-made products.
